The Jakarta Outer Ring Road Toll Road Section W1, the Kebon Jeruk – Panjaringan Section connects the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road and the Prof.DR.Sedyatmo Toll Road. This toll road section will be part of the outer ring road network system (JORR 1).

Based on the Plan and Profile planning drawings, it is known the crew points and the end of the project are:

1.   Project Starting Point : Sta. 0+300 (Kebon Jeruk)

2.   Project End Point : Sta. 8+700 (Network)

The toll road section stretches from South-North through 8 villages, respectively from South to North: South Kembangan, North Kembangan, Duri Kosambi, Rawa Buaya, East Cengkareng, West Cengkareng, North Kamal and Muara Kamal.

Based on the master plan, most of the Kebon Jeruk-Penjaringan toll roads are elevated roads consisting of 4,645 (four-point six hundred forty-five) km pile slabs, 3,715 (three-point seven hundred fifteen) km overpasses, and 0.34 (zero point thirty-four) km stockpile. There are three junction locations on this road section: the Kebon Jeruk junction, the flyover and Mogot, and the junction screening. In addition, several buildings are crossing with local roads, railways, and rivers, including Jl. Kapuk Cengkareng, Jl. Kamal Muara, Jl. Pondok Randu, Jakarta-Tangerang Railway, Jl. Swamp Crocodile and Jl. Royal Flower.

In this project, PT. Pola Agung as construction management is obliged to control the implementation of the work for controlling the time, quality and cost-effective and if the design review is required.
