The Flat building for Student IIQ was built on Jalan Ir H Juanda, Village of Couples, District of South Tangerang, Banten Province. The three-story Rusunawa was built by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) with a construction cost of Rp. 17.4 billion, has a capacity of 64 residential units, and can accommodate 256 female students.

Each residential unit is equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe, study table and chairs, washbasin, and bathroom, and the capacity for each dwelling is four female students.
