The objective of this project is to develop the South-South Java Road Corridor in the provinces of Central Java, Yogyakarta and East Java to promote sustainable economic growth and reduce poverty in the Southern part of Java. The project will include the development/construction of approximately 82km of paved roads and bridges along the southern coast of Java.

Pola Agung is part of the consortium that provides support to the Project Management Unit. Key tasks include loan administration and management, progress monitoring for each lot, support the PMU with updated data and information, assist the PMU in the formulation of Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and Project Management Manual (PMM) as well as conducting monitoring and evaluation of activities stated in PIP and PMM, review contract amendment, technical design, bill of quantities, environmental social impact and road safety aspect of the civil work projects.
