The essence of national development is the development of all Indonesian people based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. In Indonesian society, housing as one of the basic human needs manifests the human self, both as a person and as a unit with others and their natural environment.

Based on the 1945 Constitution, Article 28 H mandates that "the house is one of the people's fundamental rights. Therefore, every citizen has the right to a good and healthy place to live and a healthy environment”. In addition, the house is also a basic human need in improving the dignity, quality of life, and livelihood and as a reflection of the individual to improve the standard of living, the formation of character, character, and personality of the nation.

Currently, the housing needs in Indonesia are still not fully realized as a factor of population growth every year, which is not matched by the availability of housing and land and the low economic capacity of the community to meet these needs. On the other hand, new housing demand on average increases by 800,000 units per year.

Through the Directorate General of Housing Provision, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing has a development target in providing flats by the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan, namely the implementation of facilitation and stimulation of the construction of rental flats as many as 65,500 units of condominium units.

With so many flats to be built by the government, PT.
